bungalow would be more romantic. The Santika is really suited to adults as there are not many kids at Santika. The beach front restaurant at Santika is very peaceful and nice to sit with a drink and enjoy the sunset. The restaurant there seems quite popular with couples (as I've noticed everytime I wander through).
I have often walk through Santika and it's always peaceful there. You can also walk out the back onto the beachfront and go nextdoor to your left to enjoy a dinner at Ma Joly's which is a beautiful restaurant, you also have the choice of Pantai Seafood Restaurant next door to Ma Joly's.
It's only a short stroll to Kartika Plaza and is located on the left side of the Dynasty Hotel, so you are still in a good location with easy access to restaurants and shopping.
