Yes the one described has double glass doors and a counter with a glass screen. They count out the money and slide it through the glass partition and you count it. It cuts out the slight of hand tricks of the ones who do not have a screen. Their rate is modest and ones further down towards Jl Padma have a better rate, but they are all thieves.
