3 times in the last 12 months and i love it ......i havent staying in family room but the ground floor rooms are just great .....always clean, bright fresh and believe it or not you dont really hear any noise from upstairs .....ive always had a ground floor room and the hotel has been at 100% capacity ...and the noise is minimal ..i love it, close to everything ...great staff .....beautiful gardens .....yummy breakfast ...what more could you ask for??
