Most indonesians and balinese in the tourist areas and who work will have mobiles. But these people will most likely be happy to recieve this to give to a relative in their village, as not everyone in the villages have mobiles. This can be very helpful for them to easily communicate to those in need of mobiles in villages or remote areas.
Or like clovis mentioned, if it's a better brand than the mobile they currently have they can then upgrade and pass on their older phone to a relative or friend who does need a mobile.
I would definately still take them with you, they will be of use to someone.
