Haven't stayed there for a while but did do a visit last November to check out the family rooms. We were shown the corner family rooms of the 3 storey block building. The stairs were Ok but I don't think I'd want to be doing that everyday maybe 3-4 times. Then again it would keep the weight down and I need that! There is no elevator. Also wouldn't want to be on the ground floor as the noise from upstairs may carry downwards, don't know though. The corner rooms were quite big, you entered the main bedroom, large wardrobe, television can't remember what else. Then these louvre doors slid apart to reveal the 2nd bedroom which had 2 single beds and the fridge was in here I think. Sorry but for the life of me I can't remember if the bathroom was off the main bedroom or the kids room. I'm thinking the kids room as I vaguely remember thinking I'd wake the kids by getting up in the night to use the loo! The rooms were quite spacious.
The staff as they are at most places in Bali really friendly, speak English and will look after you. The pool area has a small kiddy pool attached to the adult pool, which doesn't have steps into but a ladder. Plenty of pool lounges whilst we were there. Food was good for a budget hotel, breakfast had an array of Western and Asian foods. Safety boxes at reception where there is a nice bar area.
