Sorry can't comment on the ones you have mentioned but we stayed at Gecko Inn in November. It is just up the road from Blue Point villas and we really enjoyed our stay there. We met the owner and paid a reduced rate but the vills has a website so you can have a look for yourself. The only difference to normal villas is that he has 4 rooms and a penthouse. When we styed we were the only people staying so it was like out own villa. But the double rooms have great day lounging areas just outside of the rooms that are very private, so if you did have other people staying you could get away if you wanted.
