Have stayed at both places. At the Maharta we had room 212 which is upstairs at the end closest to the beach.
At the Sari Beach we had room 101 which is closest to reception and furtherest away from the beach and room 106 which was a little closer to the beach and had a private courtyard.
I really liked the Maharta but would have preferred a ground floor room
