Hi there.... We stayed at white rose in 2005 & I was very disapointed. I had had the hotel recommended to me by a friend who had stayed there in 2001 & she said it was great. The pool & restaurant were ok, but the room that we stayed in was terrible. The sink was peeling away & the shower/bath wasn't in great shape either. I heard from friends that after 2002 bombing that they were not getting much business & the place was being let go & not being kept up... Sorry, I hope this helps..
