Satay blocks. I bought from Carrefours and the early morning market in Legian. (Did I mention that we saw the new premises being built where the early morning market is supposed to be moving to? We passed it on our way back to Jl Padma)
You slice off a chunk of the solid-ish block and add hot water to mix to you desired consistency. We had some last night and it was delicious.
