I have stayed at the White Rose 11 times since 2002. I'm leaving on Fri to stay there and again in July.I really like the hotel. It doesn't bother me that it doesn't have a pool bar.Yes they do leave the lights on but I just take out the bulb. New owners took over late last year and have already started on renovations. The lobby has finished and are starting the rooms soon. The lane way up to hotel is no problem at all.I always meet lovely people at the White Rose and the staff are great so is the location. Ray and Merryl good luck in deciding where to stay.
