there are a range of lounges at the domestic terminal, some better than others but all have the usual in the way of drinks, snacks and toilet facilities.
not sure what there is at the international one during the day, but there are bound to be some you can buy into for much less than 100000rp.
There is also a restaurant/bar at the transit hotel but you would pay as you go at it.
