Dear old Tim Tam has been managing a restaurant in Jimbaran and was one of the ones which closed end nearest airport, but now is up and running again. It was called Melasti restaurant and think maybe has same name. Didnt see him last time, when I was living over there the restaurant I was helping out in, Gekko in Istana Kuta Galleria, had affiliation and so saw quite a bit of him.
