from our 10th stay and returning in August, it is extremely easy to get in and out of the pool access rooms, they have stairs and a handle to use for support in the newest section rooms 101 to 110 not sure of the older rooms as we always have the same room. Great Hotel, wonderful staff and we find it central to everything, I have read negative reports about the hotel, it is only 3 stay and you want for absolutely nothing, clean rooms, standard brekkie what more could you want. enjoy
