The lady couldn't answer my questions she said I will find out and get back to you, I didn't expect her to ring me back, but she did. The lady said she rang Denpasar airport. This is what she told me the premier lounge is more up market but it is only for first, business and executive class passengers. The prada is free for first, business or executive class travelers, other class passengers can use it but it does cost 100,000Rp.The lady did say that those wishing to use it that are economy class do have to mention this at check in. I am not talking from experience, I am only relaying what I was told from the Garuda 1300 number in Australia.
