It would take you about 20 minutes, guess it depends if you walk on the streets or the beach and how many people stop you on the way. Taking a taxi can be even longer if the streets are busy, best bet would be to grab someone on a motor bike and pay them (10,000Rp) to take you. As for booking, I think that would be required. There is a good little place just up from the bounty on the left, called JB's, has a good variety on the menu and great staff.
