I think it was like 8am - 9pm or something, but definately not enforced if you're just having a late night quiet dip as i did most nights.
I think they are really just trying to discourage any wild nights in the pool as this would cause a bit of discomfort to guests seeing as though the pool and hotel are adjoining.
You will have a great time there.
BTW, the pizzas are good i just remembered and i had staff keep bintangs in the freezer for me for extra coldness!
