I am afraid not....the path at the hotel will take you up to the adult pool at PATRA resort any manuovering a stroller is easy however from there to the road that runs beside the old Bali hai is sand and full off rubbish...If you are happy to carry the children/child for 200 meters you will be fine.
Dont let it put you off thou!!!!....have you thought of a stroller with bigger wheels as I have been reading comments that the footpaths were okay for strollers....it is not from Tuban to Kuta!!!!...pretty bad unless you are attempting to push the stroller on the road :-(
