Some have two bathrooms, and some just one.
They are all privately owned, and some owners (Well one anyway that I know of), choose to lock up one bedroom for storage of stuff, and own occupation when they stay.
About 1/3 of the units are either owner occupied, or not available for rental.
The location of the one bed is tucked away in a corner, so would suit if you are keen to keep out of the way a bit.
