We were at the Kuta Townhouses 3 weeks ago. If the noise you are referring to is the building noise it was not too bad. They were in the process of removing the formwork from the building and I would think by now they would just about be up to putting the tiles on the roof. We did hear the occasional cement mixer as they were also still bricking up a few walls. If you are referring to party style noise - that won't be a problem - its not a party hotel. In fact that is probably the only part I don't like about the place is that there is no music around the pool - there is always some sort of sport playing on the TV screens around the restaurant. The rooms are fantastic, very clean, and the staff are excellent. Food is excellent and reasonably priced from the restaurant. Enjoy your stay.
