No unfortunatley you cant pre-book the KL/Bali/KL leg, you get 15kgs for free and then you pay $7 or $8 per kilo after that.
We havent booked our accom yet for KL, still undecided which area to set up camp. I think if you look in the FEE SCHEDUAL on the Air Asia site it mentions the departure tax (i think)
