We've stayed at Maharta and it was spotless.
We don' tthink it looks pretty ordinary.
If you are so fussy, then why are you in a 3*** hotel?

There were no bed bugs.
It is right next door to Puri Raja - and you go via the beach - nice.
Standard room lovely (fridge, HBO, air con, 4 poster bed etc.)
Pool- deep and nice bar
Staff lovely.
What more is there?!
