In the department stores the shoes all go up to size 40 and me being a size 10 - 101/2 was of little help to me!!! I could occasionally get some traditional Bali style thongs/sandals from shops in legian and seminyak but nothing that I would probably wear at home very much. My bag only contained sports shoes which the sizing went up to size 43 in womens sizes and of course larger in mens.
I doubt you will have any trouble. If you are after sports shoes there is a great sports shop at Tiarra Dewata in Denpassar where they sell really cheap sports shoes and they are a bit of a clearance place.
