For a week you should expect to pay around 80 - 90k a day for a battered old Jimney and 110 - 120k for a newer compact car.
For the extra adventure and great views, take the detour south of Amed (Amlapura - Ujung - Seraya - Amed, not on every map, but the roads are fine).
