sorry can't help with the car hire thing. hope you can give me some info though.
was thinking about a few nights at Rambutans as well. looks nice on the web. like you, we want to spend a bit of time outside of Kuta and Legian this time round. the trip you're doing sounds great but i don't think we'd be game enough to hire a car and get ourselves lost.
any info on Rambutans is appreciated.
