gorgeous beaded thongs, interesting sandals etc in and around the market stalls and different shops in Legian, Seminyak and Tuban. Just be prepared to try until you get the right size. Matahari was fabulous and I bought 5 pairs of summer sandal heels - received many compliments on my shoes from folk back home. Trick is to get down and hunt the sizes out yourself - I just went through their cupboards and found what I wanted!!! I also had a pair of ankle boots made, and a very expensive top name brand pair of heels - copied, by Bali Brumby I was thrilled with the results.
