I had a bad experience there last year when I went.
Wanted to purchase a pair of shoes and as most people would know in the department stores they write you a 'ticket' to take to the counter to pay. Well, after I had found the shoes I liked and waited what seemed ages for the girl to go get my size. I looked around to say "yes please, I'll buy these" only to find nobody to help me. I waited about 15 minutes looking around with the shoes in my hot hand. Ended up walking to the cash register and asked if I could purchase. She merely said to me "ticket". To which I replied I couldn't find anyone. Basically she just ignored me whilst I stood there and served everyone else.
Not to say this is what really happened, but I was the only westerner that was around at the time and it seemed like I was being ignored because of it.
I ended up going back to our driver (without the shoes) and he could see I wasn't happy. He 'frog marched' me back to the shoe counter, spoke to the girls behind the counter in a very forceful manner and before I knew it I had the shoes, the ticket and paid for them.
