I wouldn't recomend them. I used them for a trip to Phuket.
Arrange 1 double room and 1 triple room.
I paid for a triple with either 1 double and a single bed NOT a rollaway. I spoke to Best flights numerous time confirming that it was not a rollaway as we had 3 adults not children.
You guessed it we arrived with a room with 1 queen and a rollaway with no room left as it took up all the space.
I contacted Bestflights from Phuket and they didnt want to know they said workit out with the hotel.
On return I contacted them and was put onto their manager.
He said that was the deal and would only offer a discount on our next booking with them and wouldnt tell me what that would be.
Please try at your own risk. I suggest you speak to a local or recomended agent not ( WorstFlights WA )
