If it's school holidays you will pay the applicable airline supplement for peak time.
If the hotel has an increase over peak times then you will also pay that.
Price also depends on which standard/type of room you intend to book and what inclusions you have eg breakfast, transfers etc.
Depending on what class of seat you have, it may cost more.
If all the "cheaper" seats have gone (on either or both legs of the journey)then the price goes up accordingly as to how many seats are left at the time.
Get a couple of quotes for exactly the same thing to compare.
With some agents yes there can be a significant difference
