As others have stated about the lawn out the front of these rooms and also the pond, one thing I recall about this is that the lawn slopes down to the pond and may not be such a good thing for a toddler. There is a safer lawn area around to the left of the rooms but you would not be able to observe from your room.
Regardless of that, it's a great hotel and enjoy your stay.
