I have been staying at Mandhara Bungalows ( if that is where you mean) for many years it has changed ownership the last few years but still cheap,friendly and lots of fun. It is actulally in "Arnturan" just prior to Lovina.
I love the peace and quiet of Lovina and prices are so much lower than in Kuta, and the locals are always willing to help with anything.
