My wife and I have just recently returned from Bali and once again spent nearly every afternoon sitting outside the Inna Kuta with Rudy and friends. It's without doubt the best pub in the world and we love the freedom of kicking back and chatting with anyone who wants a natter. Rudy is a legend and loves a beer and a laugh, his son was down a few times and is going to be a little heartbreaker. His name is Nanta and he's nearly 2 from memory. We don't seem to get hassled as much by the beach sellers anymore, been there too often I guess.
Julie really dissapointed us this time however, we weren't interested in buying anything this time and she was quite rude and dismissive when she realised we weren't going to cough up with as much money. Her daughter Wayan has just had a baby and we were going to offer her some money just for the baby but her attitude put paid to that.
It's a shame as we really enjoyed her company on previous trips but if you want to be pushy you finish last.
But everyone should enjoy a Kuta Beach sunset at least once a trip!
