Hi Toaster,

It might be worth going abit more "direct" as i have. We booked our flights with Indojet direct leaving on the 16th July and paid $790ea for 2 adults and $618ea for the two kids, taxes included. We are staying for 17 nights and are moving around a bit. we are first staying at the BGH for 5 nights, i tried booking directly through the
hotel, but they said it was booked out and to try one of thier wholesalers, i knew this would add a bit more to the cost, but really
wanted to stay at the BGH, so i went through Island Bound, who also do packages using Indojet, i got in to a family room for $528 for 5 nights which was only $28 approx more than going direct through BGH.
I did manage to book/hold a delux room at the Jayakarta via email and
CC details for 9 night @ $75usd per night, the rest of the time we are staying with friends who live up there. I'm not sure exactly how
much i have saved by cutting out the middle man, but i reckon it about
$600ish by calculating out some figures i've seen advertised in the paper, although i haven't seen package deals for July being readily advertised as yet.Do youe sums, put in a little time by going direct with the airline and hotel and compare.....
