I have flown jetstar last three trips and have not had a problem. I fly out of Sydney. They were the cheapest by far. Am going over on may 4th. Whilst you hear some horror stories it would be interesting to see the stats. They are probably no worse than any other airline, but where they fall down is the lack of assistance to help out. Thats the risk we take I guess, but there is no way I would be taking a 20 hour flight.
