that you would choose a 20hr trip over a 7hr trip just in case Jet* are not relaible. That is almost like flying via London! You will hate yourself if you choose the 20hr option - I have had no probs with Jet* and I am up to my 8th international flight with them and we have never experienced delays. Lets say you did fly Jet* and there were delays, In all you could have delays of up to 26hours and still be ahead.
If your so hesitant about Jet* why not try Garuda!
If your travel agent cant get you a good rate at the hotel because you are not flying Malaysian then try another travel agent as they are not meeting YOUR needs!
If you search on this forum for Nicki - she is a Bali specialist and I would see what she could do. She is based in Qld which makes no diff (I am in Sydney) and even of you only book land content with the she will get you a good deal!
