Hi. Does anyone who's been to Bali with kids have the visa application process fresh in their minds? Never taken the kids to Bali and I'm nervous about running into problems with my daughter having a different surname to the rest of the family (her bio-dad's). Are they going to question whether we have his permission for her to travel?
