I have tried all the various routes now that Adelaide has no direct flights......have done the tiger Air route via darwin and singapore then valuair to Bali, that was a nightmare, have gone via Melb and Syd on Garuda another nightmare and recently went Qantas via Perth which was also a nightmare and I have sworn of Qantas for life (see my recent JBR!) I have flown Singapore Airlines and agree with others on here, they are definitely one of the best if not the best airlines around. Going back in October and have booked Singapore, flying direct out of Adelaide to Singapore, only have 1 1/2 hour stop over then fly to Bali, all luggage checked through from Adelaide to Bali nothing worse than getting off the plane in Perth, going through customs then lugging it all the way in a taxi to the other terminal as there was no connecting bus to get us there in time for flight.
