A few questions for travel in April!

I'm traveling in April with family and friends and staying at the Sofitel in Seminyak, any recommendations for the following would be great.

1. Day spas in the Seminyak area
2. A good restaurant for an anniversary dinner
3. Tailor to make a good quality leather jacket
