i think i was probably just "unlucky" - just it was such an ongoing saga and when you have paid in FULL you think that that is the end of it!!!!!
Good luck - ringing garuda is a pain - i had to hold on for ages, but probably worth it.
Stupid thing is i had called garuda and they had quoted me similar and i ended up going with BF to save probably $200 which i didnt save anyway !!! LOL
