yep...a rainy day thing.
It's a bit like ACE Hardware, interesting for a look and a browse around to fill an hour or so.
Carrefore does have some eating places, and a relatively small number of smaller businesses to look at in Air con comfort.
Looking out to rice fields when riding the escalator is a novelty.
