Cafe's on beach at Jim Bay? re-openened?

Have the café's on the beach just outside Four Season and Intercontinental at Jimbaran Bay been re-built?

We stayed at Intercontinental 2 weeks after the bomb hit right there. Just wondering if these cafe's on the beach have been re-built and are open for business?
