daylight savings and flight time?

we fly out on the 16th April from perth according to our ticket info at 7.15am arriving in bali at 11am (4hours & 15mins) So with daylight savings finishing before we travel does that change our departure time to 8.15am still arriving at 11am making the travel time 3hrs 15min which is what i thought it should be from perth?
