You will have a lovely time... very relaxing! Nice way to soak up the sun and head back to the mainland not looking quite so much like a tourist.
We checked out Tanis on our last visit in October... we will probably book the front villa for 4-5 nights... soooooo cheap. We had a brief look at Tanis the year before last and couldn't believe how much work they had done in just a year.
If you need to hire a scooter/diving/private snokelling, etc. Noris at the Bar and Cafe Bali can help you out... he and his family are just gorgeous.
He organised a local fishman (Wayan...suprise, surpise) just around on the other bay to take us snokelling to Gammit Bay and the Wall (absolutely fantastic) and all around Nusa Penida... we were the only four on boat and in bay... just amazing fish and coral (make sure you take some bread to feed the little buggers)...I think it cost us 200,000rp for the four of us for nearly four hours... could have stayed longer if we wanted.
