Dont stress sometimes it can take up to 2 weeks before they get back to you. Everything goes very slowly in Bali.
Some hotels emails go to a head office then to the hotel and all this takes time. Also the internet in Bali is often not working.
If you are in a hurry just give them a quick phone call dosnt cost much and then at least you know you are booked in.
Its heaps cheaper to deal direct with the hotel.
