We went on our last trip in Oct and was told powdered milk and also rice was high on their list of things they need. We also had bought a whole heap of clothes from home ranging from babies clothes to older childrens before we left some of the children had them on. The only downer bringing them over you must have a letter from the orphanage so you can bring excess otherwise you will have to pay.
