Depends what you are after...if it is quiet then Novotel OK.
Up Senggigi way (assuming you like a pool) is Senggigi Beach Hotel, Santosa Villas (they have some standard rooms) and sometimes the Sheraton is about $80 per night. All these hotels are within walking distance of the small restaurant / bar strip. Further up the road are a number of options - Puri Mas, Qunci, Windy Cottages (no pool but on beach) and Holiday Resort. All can be haggled for less than $75.
