I have just returned, and my sister did the cooking school with Wayan last week. Said it was good, but they actually didn't get to do any cooking themselves. Hopefully as they get feed back they will build on the classes. But they still enjoyed the day, they also asked to go to the markets in the morning before, so that they could see all the local herbs etc that they would be using.
