On my understanding from a reliable source you have to go to Merpati website and email the contact number like you have done. Seems strange they have failed to reply. Will be trying the same thing myself in next few weeks. I notice on the website they have a section for online reservation which is currently under construction. Hopefully when completed it will be the easy way to make a reservation. Hope you get a ticket and enjoy Lombok.. Dunc
