I think in most normal priced warungs from my experience you will look around 10,000 for a nasi goreng and 14000 for a bintang... some more some less but thats just an average.

Why would you worry about "cheapest" thats less than $3 Find somewhere with good.. not just cheap food :P Because in aussie dollars its all cheap :)

Having said that, Warung Brazil was a cheap meal with 4 of us eating mains, desert and a couple binnies for 100k
