If it's interconnecting rooms you're after, i'm sure the Melasti will do that. Other good hotels are Kumala Pantai & Bali Mandira. If you want to down to Kuta, the Bali Garden Hotel has interconnecting rooms, large family rooms and a villa which would hold your familt easily. I'm sure all of them would be able to arrange a nanny for you and they all will be able to give good spa treatments for your wife.
