book before we go? We would like to stay overnight,should we just ferry over and see what is available or book in Bali or at home ?Looking at something nice,around $100 for the night.We will be in Bali from 16th of april being school holidays I'm worried we may not get accomodation if we just turn up!Suggestions on where to stay and how to book would be appreciated.
